Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–2 working days of order placement, depending on plant availability and weather conditions.
If the selected orchid variety is readily available, it will be shipped within this timeframe. For rare or pre-order plants, additional time may be required for preparation or propagation before dispatch.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer than usual.

Shipping & Handling

Plants are carefully packed with protective materials to minimize transit damage.
Any shipping fees charged (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Delivery & Plant Care

Since we ship live plants, it’s natural for slight variations in color, size, or condition to occur due to transit stress. The plants generally recover well with proper care after delivery.
If your package arrives in a visibly damaged condition or any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
