We offer returns, replacements, or refunds only in cases of damaged, wrong, or missing plants/items.
You must report any such issues within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been packed or dispatched.
Once your order is prepared for shipping or has been handed over to the courier, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged or Missing Plants

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing plant, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, clear photos, and video as proof to help us assess the issue.
After review and verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Return / Replacement Procedure

To initiate a return or replacement request, contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
Due to the live and perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as color variation, size differences, or minor cosmetic issues, as these are natural characteristics of living plants.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Replacement Processing

If a replacement is approved, the new plant will be dispatched within 7 working days, subject to stock and weather conditions.
If the issue is verified as our fault (damaged, wrong, or missing plant), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
If the plant is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

7. Modifications

Pearl Orchids reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on our official website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
