Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. All orders are dispatched from Perinjanam, Thrissur, Kerala (PIN 680686).

Order confirmation

Before we confirm your order, we share photos and/or a video of the exact plant you will receive. Your order is confirmed only after you approve the plant. Dispatch timelines start from this confirmation.

Courier and delivery time

• All parcels are sent through India Post Speed Post.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. We may hold dispatch before weekends, public holidays or severe weather so plants do not sit in transit.
• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• A Speed Post tracking number will be shared with you once your parcel is dispatched.

How your plant is packed

• Plants are packed in a sturdy 5-ply corrugated carton box (200 GSM) to protect them in transit.
• Plants are shipped fresh, with the potting medium kept half dry. This is intentional — it prevents root rot and fungal problems during transit. Dry potting medium on arrival is normal.

When your plant arrives

• Please record an unboxing video from the sealed parcel. It is mandatory for any claim — see our Refund Policy.
• Open the parcel as soon as possible, keep the plant in bright, indirect light, and water lightly once it has settled.

Address and delivery issues

• Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect details.
• If a parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable or not collected, the plant may not survive the return journey. Re-shipping will be charged, and no refund is due for the plant.
• Once handed to India Post, transit times are outside our control. We will help you follow up on any delayed parcel.
